ABSTRACT:   The causes and consequences of adolescent pregnancy impact everyone from family members to entire communities. This study investigated the attitudes and responses of high school students, who studied in a bilingual school in Bangkok, to the issue of adolescent pregnancy. Responses were assessed on three key aspects with 21 items measuring their attitudes based on a five Likert scale namely: causes, consequences and the use of school-based adolescent pregnancy awareness education programs. Data collection required students (n=63) to complete a self-administered questionnaire and the responses were analyzed by grade level and gender using both descriptive and inferential statistics.
